Frequently asked questions
What is a credit / slide?
One credit converts one slide. Each uploaded image counts as 1 slide, and each page of a PDF counts as 1 slide. Pages that fail to convert are refunded automatically (automatic refunds on free trial credits are capped).
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits remain valid long-term while the service is operating. They stay on your account until you use them, with no subscription required. On accounts that have never purchased or redeemed credits, the free sign-up credits are valid for 7 days and expire if unused; once you purchase or redeem credits, they no longer expire.
How does this compare with a monthly subscription?
It depends on how often you convert. Subscription tools reset your quota every month: unused pages don't carry over, and you keep paying in months you don't use it. Here you buy once and use the credits when you need them. If you convert about 200 slides spread across a year, one 200-credit pack covers it, and anything left stays on your account. If you convert several hundred slides every month, a volume quote may cost less; see Bulk & Partners.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, emails an invoice to the address used at checkout. To add a company name or tax ID, email support@image2ppt.com and we'll have a revised invoice issued.
What files work best?
Clear PPT screenshots, PDF pages, tables, KPI cards, and structured layouts work best. Complex flowcharts, posters, photos, and knowledge maps are handled best-effort and may remain as image elements.
Is there a discount for high volume?
Yes. Steady usage above a few hundred pages a month, or a one-off batch in the thousands, can be quoted separately with API access available. See Bulk & Partners. Below that, the standard packs are simpler, and purchased credits remain valid long term.
What if the conversion quality is poor?
Pages that fail to convert are refunded automatically (automatic refunds on free trial credits are capped). If an output has a material problem, contact support@image2ppt.com. Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund for unused purchased credits; credits already used for conversions are generally non-refundable.
