Welcome to image2ppt. By accessing or using our service at image2ppt.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Image2PPT is an AI-powered tool that converts business slide images, screenshots, and PDF pages into editable PowerPoint (PPTX) files. The Service uses vision language models to extract and reconstruct text, shapes, tables, and layout from uploaded materials.

2. Account and Credits

• You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when slides are processed.
• New users may receive a limited number of free credits for evaluation purposes. On an account that has never purchased or redeemed credits, free credits are valid for 7 days from the time they are granted, and any credits not used within that period expire automatically. Once credits have been purchased or redeemed on an account, the credits on that account no longer expire.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Online card, PayPal, and Alipay payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment processing for that channel.
• Redeem codes may also be purchased through our Taobao store. Taobao orders are placed and paid under the marketplace's own checkout and seller terms. A one-time code is delivered automatically after payment and must be redeemed on image2ppt.com to add credits to an account.
• Prices may differ between purchase channels. The price shown at the checkout you use is the price you pay, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• By paying through Paddle, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

4. Refund Policy

• For Paddle purchases, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused purchased credits. You may request a refund for the unused portion of the credits included in a purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Credits covered by an approved refund will be removed from your account.
• For Taobao purchases, a code that has not been redeemed may be refunded through the Taobao order within 30 days of purchase; the code is permanently revoked once the refund is confirmed. A code that has already been redeemed is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the Service has a material defect.
• Credits already consumed to process slides and produce output are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the Service has a material defect. A failed conversion that is not charged does not consume a credit.
• The voluntary guarantee does not apply to fraud, refund abuse, repeated purchase-use-refund cycles, chargeback abuse, use of linked accounts to evade limits, or other violations of these Terms. We and Paddle may review account usage and purchase, refund, and dispute history when evaluating a request, and may decline a voluntary refund or restrict future access where abuse is reasonably identified.
• Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or other consumer right available under applicable law.
• Paddle administers Paddle-channel refunds in accordance with its current Refund Policy. Taobao-channel refunds are handled through the Taobao order after the corresponding code has been checked and revoked.
• To request a refund, contact support@image2ppt.com with the email address, purchase channel, order details, and redeem code where applicable. Paddle buyers may also contact Paddle Buyer Support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload, convert, or reproduce any presentation, PDF, slide deck, or other material that you neither own nor have a licence or permission from the rights holder to reproduce. The Service is intended for converting materials you created yourself, or that you are otherwise authorised to reproduce and adapt.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Upload material that may not lawfully be transferred outside mainland China, including state secrets and data that the relevant authorities have notified to you or your organisation, or publicly identified, as important data. Uploaded files are processed on servers and by AI service providers located outside mainland China, and you are responsible for confirming that your material may be processed there.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.).
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section.

6. Intellectual Property

• You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all rights, licences, and permissions necessary for, the content you upload, and that converting that content through the Service does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party.
• You retain all rights to the content you upload and the output files generated.
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated PPTX files.
• Uploaded files and generated PPTX files are kept until you ask us to delete them or delete your account, so that your conversion history stays available to you. A few narrow exceptions apply — enterprise API results, the working copies that make a re-run possible (reclaimed 7 days after upload), uploads whose conversion never started, re-runs and retries replacing their own previous attempt, and removal of older files when storage capacity requires it. They are set out in full in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Copyright Complaints and Reporting Misuse

We respect intellectual property rights and require our users to do the same. If you believe that content processed through the Service infringes a copyright or other right you hold, or if you wish to report any other misuse of the Service, contact us at support@image2ppt.com with the subject line "Copyright" or "Abuse Report".

Please include:

• Your contact details, and the rights holder you represent if you are acting on their behalf.
• Identification of the work you believe has been infringed.
• Identification of the material, account, or conversion concerned, in enough detail for us to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We aim to acknowledge every report within 5 business days. Where a report is substantiated, we will remove the material concerned and may suspend or terminate the account responsible. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in conversion results. Output quality depends on input image quality and slide complexity.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
• We may impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image2PPT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
