Welcome to image2ppt. By accessing or using our service at image2ppt.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

image2ppt is an AI-powered tool that converts slide images and PDF pages into editable PowerPoint (PPTX) files. The Service uses vision language models to extract and reconstruct text, shapes, tables, and layout from uploaded images.

2. Account and Credits

• You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when slides are processed.
• New users may receive a limited number of free credits for evaluation purposes.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
• Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf.
• All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
• All payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
• To request a refund, please contact support@image2ppt.com and we will process it through Paddle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.).
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the content you upload and the output files generated.
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated PPTX files.
• Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in conversion results. Output quality depends on input image quality and slide complexity.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
• We may impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, image2ppt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
