Provide representative pages, including examples that reflect the more difficult material you handle. We return the converted PPTX for inspection in PowerPoint. The test is free and requires no account.

Tell us the expected monthly page count, whether jobs arrive in batches or continuously, and whether you need API access. We use this information to assess pricing and the appropriate setup.

Capabilities and limitations
Content that converts best
Structured business slides generally produce the strongest results. Text, tables, KPI cards, common shapes and process boxes are reconstructed as individually editable PowerPoint elements where possible. Clear slide screenshots, PDF pages and AI-generated slide images usually fall into this category.
Highly stylized layouts, hand-drawn illustrations, photo collages and large knowledge maps are harder to reconstruct completely. Parts that cannot be rebuilt reliably are retained as image elements to preserve the layout, but those regions are not individually editable. Blurred or low-resolution sources also reduce recognition accuracy.
We therefore recommend testing representative files before agreeing a partnership and using the output to determine whether the service meets your requirements.
Common questions
What volume is suitable for a partnership inquiry?
There is no fixed minimum. Steady usage of several hundred pages a month, or a one-off batch of several thousand pages, is usually worth assessing separately. At lower volumes, the public plans are more convenient and purchased credits remain valid long term.
What information should I provide?
Send representative files, the expected page count and submission frequency, and whether you need API access. This is enough for an initial assessment of output quality, integration options and pricing.
How long are files retained?
PPTX files produced through the API are retained for 7 days for download, then cleared. See the privacy policy for the full handling rules for uploads and results. If you require a shorter retention period, raise it before proceeding.
Do failed pages cost credits?
Billing is per successfully produced page. Pages that fail are not charged.
Can we self-host it?
The service is currently cloud-only and does not offer a self-hosted version. If you have specific data-handling requirements, describe them before proceeding and we will assess whether the current service can meet them.
What are the limits for one job?
Each job can contain up to 50 pages, with a maximum file size of 35MB. Larger batches can be split across multiple jobs, and the API supports concurrent processing. See the API documentation for exact limits and error codes.
