We do not use your files to train any AI model.
Data & Security
Image2PPT uses your files only to provide and improve the conversion service. They are not used to train AI models, and you can permanently delete them at any time.
Permanent deletion at any time
You can permanently delete any conversion and all of its files from your conversion history at any time.
Leading U.S. providers
Your files are processed only by leading U.S. cloud and AI providers, including Google Cloud and OpenAI. Our servers and file storage run on Google Cloud.
Used only to provide and improve the service
Your files are used only to provide and improve the conversion service. They are never sold or used for advertising.
How your data is processed
A conversion consists of the four steps below. The providers involved in each step are listed in the table that follows.
- UploadYour file is transmitted over HTTPS to our servers in Google Cloud's Singapore region.
- ReadGoogle Cloud Vision recognizes the text, and an OpenAI model analyzes the slide layout.
- Rebuildfal.ai, Replicate, and our own models on Modal handle shape segmentation, cutouts, and background cleanup.
- DeliverAn editable PPTX is made available for download, and you may delete the conversion at any time.
Providers that process your files
The table below lists every provider that processes the content you upload, and how each one handles it.

Account and payment services do not have access to your slides. Payments are handled by Paddle, and your card details do not pass through our servers. Sign-in codes and notification emails are sent through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

Additional safeguards
- HTTPS encryption across the entire site.
- No passwords are stored: sign-in uses an email verification code or your Google account.
- API keys are shown once at creation and stored only as a hash. You can revoke a key yourself at any time.
- Paddle processes payments as merchant of record; we do not have access to your card details.
- Site analytics are self-hosted and cookieless, with no ad tracking.
