What is a credit / slide?
One credit converts one slide. Each uploaded image counts as 1 slide, and each page of a PDF counts as 1 slide. Credits are deducted only when a job completes successfully.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain on your account until you use them — no time limit, no subscription required.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Alipay. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
What files work best?
Clear business PPT screenshots, PDF pages, tables, KPI cards, and structured layouts work best. Complex flowcharts, posters, photos, and knowledge maps are handled best-effort and may remain as image elements.
What if the conversion quality is poor?
If you are not satisfied with the conversion quality, contact support@image2ppt.com and we will process your refund through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
