Bulk conversion · Volume pricing

High-volume work, priced separately

If you convert thousands of slides a month rather than a few dozen, or you build decks for other people, buying credit packs one at a time is not the right fit. Send us your real files, we convert them so you can judge the output, then we price by volume and fit it into your workflow.

Test conversions are free and need no account. Look at the output first, decide afterwards.

Who this page is for

The common thread: conversion is a step in how you deliver work, not a tool you reach for once in a while.

People who build decks for clients

Presentation design studios, deck-building services, outsourced reporting. A client hands you a pile of screenshots or a PDF, and you cannot start until it is editable. Let us do that step so you can get on with the design.

Institutions with heavy course material

Training providers, university departments, corporate L&D. Old courseware survives only as PDFs or scans, and every term someone rebuilds it by hand. Convert the archive once, then edit content instead of redrawing slides.

Teams cleaning up an archive

Hundreds of past reports, proposals, and white papers sitting in PDFs with the source files long gone. One bulk pass turns that archive back into material you can reuse.

Developers building tools

Your product needs an "export to editable PowerPoint" step and you would rather not build recognition and reconstruction yourself. Call the API for that one stage — we never touch your users.

How this differs from buying credit packs

The three packs on the pricing page are aimed at individuals. Past a certain volume, the following are arranged separately.

Tiered volume pricing

Higher monthly volume, lower per-slide price, starting below the rate of the largest public pack. Actual tiers depend on your real volume — no buying pack after pack.

One balance for API and web

Buy once; manual conversions in the browser and automated API jobs draw on the same credits. Credits stay valid long-term and are never reset monthly.

Invoicing and bank transfer

We can invoice and accept bank transfer. If you need a contract, payment terms, or a procurement process, tell us early and we will work with it.

A direct line when something breaks

Partner accounts skip the normal support queue. Send the job id for anything that failed, stalled, or errored — we can inspect every intermediate step for that page.

How to start

  1. Send a few real files

Not our samples — the pages you actually deal with, including the hard ones. We convert them and send the PPTX back so you can open it in PowerPoint yourself. Free, and no signup.

  2. Tell us the volume, we quote

Roughly how many pages a month, whether it arrives in bursts or steadily, and whether you need the API. Those three answers are enough for a tiered quote.

  3. Fit it into your workflow

For moderate volume, bulk upload in the browser is enough. To automate, use the REST API: the official Python and Node.js SDKs ship runnable examples, and a working integration takes about a day.

The honest part, up front

What comes out well, and what does not

Structured business slides come out best: text, tables, KPI cards, common shapes and process boxes are rebuilt as real PowerPoint objects you can click and edit one by one. Clean deck screenshots, PDF pages, and AI-generated slide images all fall in this category.

Heavily styled design work, hand-drawn illustration, photo collage, and large knowledge maps come out less cleanly. We rebuild what we can and keep the rest as image elements — the layout still looks right, but that region is not editable. Blurry or low-resolution sources also lose accuracy.

We would rather say this plainly than have you find out after signing. That is why the first step is always a test run on your own files, not a look at samples we picked.

Common questions

How much volume before a partnership makes sense?

There is no hard floor. If you are steadily above a few hundred pages a month, or expect a one-off batch in the thousands, it is worth a conversation. Below that, the public packs are simpler — credits do not expire, so nothing goes to waste.

Can you invoice?

Yes, and we accept bank transfer. If you need to run this through procurement or a tender, send the requirements and we will prepare what is needed.

How long do you keep my files?

PPTX files produced through the API are kept for 7 days for download, then cleared. Full handling rules for uploads and results are in the privacy policy; if you need something stricter, such as a shorter retention window, we can agree to it in the partnership terms.

Do failed pages cost credits?

Billing is per successfully produced page. Pages that fail are not charged.

Can we self-host it?

Not today — the service is cloud only. If the reason is data compliance, tell us the specific requirement and we will look at whether it can be met another way.

How much can one job take?

Up to 50 pages per job, 35MB per file. Split larger batches into several jobs; the API handles them concurrently. Exact limits and error codes are in the API docs.

The next step is sending a few files

Attach your most typical pages and mention the rough monthly volume. We will send the conversions back together with a quote.
